Roy Hill Port Facility Project - Conveyors and Crushers

The Roy Hill Project includes the mine, rail and port facilities and is designed to produce 55 MT of iron ore per annum. The Roy Hill mine is located approximately 277km south of the Port facility which is located in the town of Port Hedland, Western Australia.

Scope of Work

Goodline’s scope includes SMP and E&I, which includes:

  • 1x Screen Building
  • 6x Conveyors
  • 5x Transfer Stations
  • 1x Sample Station
  • 2x Switchrooms
  • 1x Magnet Structure
  • Above ground electrical and instrumentation works including installation of switchrooms, cable pulling, terminations and testing
  • Installation of all mechanical equipment including conveyor pulleys, idlers, screens and drives
  • Alignment, fitting and welding of pipe, including bolt torqueing to specifications, NDT and Hydro testing
  • Management, Safety, Quality Assurance, document control, scheduling, procurement and commissioning handover
