Roy Hill Port Facility Project - Conveyors and Crushers

The Roy Hill Project includes the mine, rail and port facilities and is designed to produce 55 MT of iron ore per annum. The Roy Hill mine is located approximately 277km south of the Port facility which is located in the town of Port Hedland, Western Australia.

Scope of Work

Goodline’s scope includes SMP and E&I, which includes:

1x Screen Building
6x Conveyors
5x Transfer Stations
1x Sample Station
2x Switchrooms
1x Magnet Structure
Above ground electrical and instrumentation works including installation of switchrooms, cable pulling, terminations and testing
Installation of all mechanical equipment including conveyor pulleys, idlers, screens and drives
Alignment, fitting and welding of pipe, including bolt torqueing to specifications, NDT and Hydro testing
Management, Safety, Quality Assurance, document control, scheduling, procurement and commissioning handover
